How To Apply: Swipe the Smudge Brush across the edge of the Camo-Light Highlighter pencil and begin creating a thin line of highlighter under the brow arch, in a short back and forth like motion, continue to brush in the highlighter until fully blended.

Tip: Create the highlighter line just below the brow hair, this will lift the brow and ensure you don't move into the brow when you blend.
