Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Extreme weather events, carrier shortages, and COVID-19 are causing slow shipping speeds globally. We appreciate your patience and commit to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greenland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Africa, Dominican Republic, Australia, Canada, Sweden, China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, New Zealand.
Orders are delivered by DHL - Express Worldwide
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kelley Baker Brows is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@kelleybakerbrows.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Click on the links below to read their policies.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@kelleybakerbrows.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
